Eligible for Refund or Replacement We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Product is significantly different from the description
  • Package was lost in transit

Not Eligible for Return The following cases are not covered:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Minor differences in color due to screen settings
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

How We Handle It We do not require you to ship the product back. Instead we offer:

  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Replacement of the product at no extra cost

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo or video of the issue
  3. Brief description of the problem

We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing Time Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
